We do use 100% imported wood timber to ensure the quality and appearance of the wooden packaging products (such as wooden pallets and wooden boxes).

EPP / EPO foam particles use high-quality polypropylene foam particles with diameter generally ranging from two to seven millimeters.

Raw materials of paper products are the high-strength corrugated paper and the imported US cardpaper with the density of 170g/m2.

We take the irregular sampling tests, in accordance with our customers’ standards of the emission of the harmful substance, on all raw and auxiliary materials through the quality inspection agencies, such as SGS, BV and CTI laboratories, all of which passed the ISO / IEC17025 certification. All of our exported products satisfy the European, American and Japanese limited standards of the harmful substances so that we achieve the production of eco-friendly packaging materials.

During the production process, we conduct the quality control by the incoming quality control, the production process inspection and the inventories inspection, with self-inspected pass rate of 98%, manufactured pass rate of 100% and customer qualified rate of 99.99%.

We conduct the dynamic load test, the static load test, the compression test, the drop test and tests for other indicators on our new product, via the testing organization assigned by our customers. After achieving customers’ requirements, the product will be put into production.

Our disinfestation library takes advantage of the scientific heat treatment process with its processing capacity and quality much higher than our domestic counterparts. The instrument and equipment in the library pass the supervision of National Metrology Inspection Agency annually.
